Titan America Launches xForm3D Concrete 3D Printing Products

Titan America, a prominent U.S. cement and building materials producer, has officially launched its xForm3D concrete 3D printing technology. This new product family is engineered to support a wide array of applications, including residential, commercial, infrastructure, and coastal development.

The company states that xForm3D utilizes automated placement techniques, which aim to reduce the need for traditional formwork. This innovation is intended to deliver increased speed, improved consistency, and greater design freedom, aligning with long-term construction trends such as resilient urbanization and the need for affordable housing.

Bill Zarkalis, President and CEO of Titan America, highlighted the company's investment in innovation, noting that xForm3D builds upon their core material expertise. The xForm3D product line includes xForm3D Standard for general automated construction, xForm3D Marine for underwater applications like artificial reefs, and xForm3D RMX, which is formulated to accommodate larger aggregate sizes for ready-mix truck delivery.
