The SPR-Pathfinder PRO is an intelligent depowdering software crucial for LPBF parts. The latest version boasts a significantly higher simulation resolution, enabling more accurate predictions of process times and offering enhanced validation of depowdering strategies during the design phase. It also offers complete transparency throughout the depowdering process, with the Digital-Factory-Tool recording all relevant data. This information can be integrated into higher-level digital dashboards via OPC UA. Solukon emphasizes a shift towards 'design for depowdering,' encouraging consideration of this post-printing step from the initial design stages to optimize geometry for powder removal.
The SPR-Pathfinder PRO is compatible with Solukon's SFM-AT350, SFM-AT350-E, SFM-AT800-S, SFM-AT1000-S, and SFM-AT1500-S depowdering systems. Current users can access a 30-day free trial. Additionally, Solukon has introduced SPR-Pathfinder BASIC, a more affordable option for parts with moderate complexity requirements.
