A key advantage of this printer is its ability to produce white parts and handle flexible materials, as well as easily accommodate different colored powders for direct printing of colored parts. This flexibility is particularly beneficial for applications requiring repeatable, high-quality colored outputs.
Through this collaboration, Sinterit customers will now have direct access to DyeMansion's VX1 vapor smoothing system and DM60 coloring system. The VX1, acquired by DyeMansion from VSM, is a compact unit with a 24.6-liter process chamber designed for PA12, PA11, and TPU materials. DyeMansion highlights that the VX1 utilizes a solvent formulated for safer handling compared to other vapor smoothing systems, reducing risks for operators and end-users.
The partnership aims to provide Sinterit users with complete manufacturing solutions, encompassing printing, surface finishing, and coloring.
