The walls for both stories of the headquarters were printed in approximately 105 hours using Holcim's TectorPrint, a specialized printable cementitious material. The building's design, including its form and facade, was directly translated from digital models into printed structures.
The completed building stands at approximately 7.4 meters (24 ft) in height and offers 364 m² (3,920 SF) of usable space, divided between 170 m² (1,830 SF) on the ground floor and 194 m² (2090 SF) on the first floor. While the walls were 3D printed, conventional methods were employed for the foundation, base slab, floors, and roof.
Matthäi Schlüsselfertigbau has also entered into a partnership with PERI 3D Construction to support the launch of its new division, although specific details regarding the business model or objectives of this collaboration have not yet been disclosed.
