Elementum 3D Appoints New CEO Amidst Growth Phase

Elementum 3D has announced the appointment of Andrew Crickenberger as its new Chief Executive Officer. This leadership change coincides with the company entering what it describes as its 'next growth phase,' which is expected to involve an expansion of its product offerings and a focus on new industries.

Dr. Jacob Nuechterlein, the founder of Elementum 3D, will transition from his CEO role to become Chief Strategy Officer. He will also continue to serve as Executive Chairman. This shift will allow Dr. Nuechterlein to concentrate on the company's long-term technology roadmap, while Crickenberger is tasked with broadening the product portfolio, strengthening customer relationships, and accelerating market entry.

Crickenberger brings over 30 years of executive leadership experience from the aerospace, defense, and advanced manufacturing sectors. His background includes leading corporate strategy, business transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and international partnerships. Notably, he previously served as Chief Growth Officer for NIOA Group and as Vice President of Strategy for L3Harris Technologies' Aerojet Rocketdyne Segment, where he directed strategic planning for advanced propulsion systems, including those for space launch and in-space applications.

Elementum 3D states that Crickenberger's extensive experience is expected to guide the company through its next chapter of growth and innovation. The transition is being managed to ensure a seamless handover, with Crickenberger and Nuechterlein working closely together.
